The Farm Bill defines ‘‘industrial hemp’’ as the plant Cannabis sativa L., meeting the condition that any part of such plant, whether growing or not, contains a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.

Analysis is conducted by an ISO accredited 3rd party testing laboratory sanctioned by the State Department of Agriculture. Our CBD flower products are required to be below 0.3% delta-9 THC. THCa or total THC does not matter, as it's still in its acidic "a" state. In the "a" state, any psychoactive properties have not been activated.
